About these terms
These draft terms cover the RaceCore Network marketing website and beta application process. A paid service, customer website, or platform workspace may be governed by a separate order form, subscription agreement, or beta agreement. An application alone does not purchase a service or create an account.
Review before publishing: Confirm the contracting entity, covered services, eligibility requirements, acceptance process, and how these terms relate to customer agreements. These terms are not yet approved or in effect.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate information and use contact details where you can be reached. If you act for a team, track, series, or another organization, you must have permission to submit information on its behalf. Do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate authority.
Keep any account credentials you receive secure and contact the team if you suspect unauthorized access. Submitting a beta application does not issue credentials.
Review before publishing: Confirm age requirements, organizational authority, account eligibility, and any parental-consent rules.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security, disrupt services, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights. Do not send spam or use application forms for unrelated solicitations.
Only submit content you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential racing documents in an application.
Content and intellectual property
RaceCore branding, website design, and original site content belong to their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of that material. Approved press assets may be used subject to the brand guidelines and any permission provided with them.
You retain ownership of information you submit. RaceCore needs permission to receive, store, review, and respond to an application for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Review before publishing: Confirm the precise content license, brand-asset permissions, feedback rights, infringement-reporting contact, and any separate customer-content terms. Do not imply ownership of customer material.
Beta applications and participation
An application expresses interest in testing RaceCore Sites, RaceCore TeamOps, or both. It is not a guarantee of admission, a reserved place, or a promise of a specific release date. The team may follow up to discuss your needs and the availability of a suitable testing group.
A beta product may change, have incomplete features, or experience interruptions. Before participation begins, any testing requirements, costs, access limits, confidentiality obligations, data handling, and exit arrangements should be provided in a separate beta agreement.
Do not rely on a beta product as the sole source of safety-critical race instructions, emergency communications, or official timing decisions. Maintain appropriate operational procedures and backups.
Pricing and paid services
Submitting an application does not collect payment or start a subscription. Any purchase should clearly identify the service, price, billing period, applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund terms before you agree to pay.
Review before publishing: Confirm actual billing practices, trial terms, auto-renewal disclosures, cancellation rights, refunds, and the documents that govern paid services. This draft does not establish those policies.
Availability and third-party services
The website may contain links to services or resources operated by others. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Product descriptions and availability can change as the platform develops.
Review before publishing: Confirm any service commitments, uptime guarantees, support obligations, integration responsibilities, and appropriate warranty language. Do not treat marketing examples as contractual service levels.
Restrictions and ending access
RaceCore may need to restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of applicable terms. Application withdrawal and privacy requests can be sent to hello@racecore.com. Ending a paid subscription or beta participation should follow the agreement governing that service.
Review before publishing: Define notice, suspension and termination procedures, the effect on customer data, export opportunities, and any surviving obligations.
Liability and dispute terms
Legal review required: Governing law, dispute resolution, any liability limits, warranty disclaimers, and indemnities have not been selected. Qualified counsel should draft provisions appropriate to the business, service, customers, and jurisdictions served. No arbitration requirement or waiver is being introduced by this draft.
